AFR DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless you and AFR have agreed otherwise in writing, by donating to AFR you fully understand and agree that:

1.  AFR reserves the right and full legal authority to determine how your donation is spent, when your donation is spent, and the apportionment of the donation when applicable;

2.  Your donation, whether made by check or credit card, is NON-REFUNDABLE;

3.  If your donation is spent on a film project, it will only go toward a film project produced by AFR, unless (a) you have been expressly notified and you agree that your donation will be spent on a non-AFR film project pursuant to a fiscal sponsorship agreement, (b) the non-AFR film project furthers AFR's mission and charitable purpose, and (c) the producers, directors, agents, employees, and/or associates of the non-AFR film project have expressly entered into and abide by the terms of a fiscal sponsorship arrangement with AFR; and

4.  You (and not AFR) are liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damaged incurred by you and resulting from your use of, reliance upon, or inability to use or access the AFR website including the AFR donation page.  You hereby expressly agree to release AFR from any and all liability or responsibility for any damage to you or any third party resulting from this website and its content including, but not limited to, the donation page.
